Steven Menezes was born in erstwhile undivided Mangalore district in southern India to a Christian family. He was graduated from University of Bombay. He holds certifications in advanced programming and Analytics from BDPS Software Ltd., India and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

He began his career in fashion product developments and later progressed in bulk production and exportation of fashion goods to Europe and the USA. He had widely traveled to the Europe and US, and worked with top fashion brands.

He has significant experience in trade representations. He has represented many European and US based large-scale importers of fashion merchandise. He had extensively worked with the Indian educational institutes of national repute for the research and infrastructure development. He has taken part in many social reforms and made many political representations too.

He had worked closely with many social organizations and NGOs against the social oppression and also against the cruelty and prevention of animals. His diverse background and multidisciplinary approach have immensely contributed to flawless networking and human capital.
